1. Registration and Payment
Registration is required to attend the conference. Payment of the registration fee must be made in advance and is non-refundable. We accept payment by credit card or bank transfer. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made by the participant must be made in writing and received by us before the cancellation deadline. If the cancellation is made before the deadline, we will refund the registration fee, minus the cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made after the deadline, no refund will be given.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the conference in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, pandemic outbreaks, or other force majeure events. If we cancel the conference, we will refund the registration fee in full, but we will not be liable for any other expenses incurred by the participant.
3. Changes to the Conference Program
We reserve the right to make changes to the conference program, such as speaker line-up, schedule, or venue, without prior notice. We will make every effort to notify participants of any changes as soon as possible.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials presented at the conference, including but not limited to presentations, papers, posters, and abstracts, are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish any of these materials without the prior written consent of the author or presenter.
5. Code of Conduct
We expect all conference participants to behave professionally and respectfully towards other participants and the conference staff. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the conference without a refund.
6. Liability and Indemnification
We will not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss incurred by the participant during the conference. The participant agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the conference.
