  • How can I request a visa letter for international travel?

    To request a visa letter, you should typically provide the following information to us.

    1. Your full name, as it appears on your passport.

    2. Your passport number and country of citizenship.

    3. Your current mailing address.

    Once the organizers have received this information, they can prepare and send you the visa letter, which you can use to apply for a visa from the appropriate embassy or consulate.

  • Do conference organizers offer discounts for group registration?

    Yes, We offer discounts for group registration. For more information on group discounts, please contact the conference secretary by email: plant@marcusgroup.org

  • What is the conference's policy on cancellations and refunds?

    All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the conference secretary

    Cancellation before 90 days of the conference start date will receive a full refund, less $100 towards the processing fee

    Cancellations order placed within 90 days of the conference start date is non-refundable but transferred to an upcoming event

    Registrations are transferable until September 5, 2023, and any transfer requests after September 1, 2023, are not transferable

    Refunds will be made in the second week after the completion of the conference

     

    Note: Refund/Cancellation Policy is not applicable if the conference is postponed due to natural disasters or unpredictable activities beyond the organizer's control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes or hostilities. The organizer will provide the opportunity for the registered participants to transfer their registration fees and accommodation charges to any future editions or related conferences.
